This policy explains how Scott Drake Coaching, provided by Scott Drake, collects and uses your information, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: Your name, email address, password, and email preferences.
• Purchase and training information: Your purchases, access to lessons, and progress in lessons that track completion.
• Support messages: The information you send when you contact us.
• Coaching inquiries: Your name, email address, combined industry and role, optional additional details, and submission time when you ask about coaching.
• Website information: Your IP address, browser information, cookie choices, and advertising identifiers. With your permission, analytics and advertising tools can also collect information about page visits, navigation, and checkout activity.

How we use your information

• Manage your account and give you access to your training.
• Process purchases and respond to support requests.
• Send account and purchase messages, and leadership emails you choose to receive.
• Send a requested coaching scheduling link, notify Scott about the inquiry, and follow up about coaching.
• Protect the site from fraud and abuse.
• Remember your privacy choices, understand how people use the site, and measure our advertising.

Services we work with

We use service providers to process payments, send email, host videos, deliver the website, protect it from abuse, analyze site usage, and measure advertising. These providers receive information needed to provide their services.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect our contact form from automated abuse. It processes browser and device information to check that a visitor is human. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

For a coaching inquiry, our email delivery provider sends the scheduling email and the notification to Scott. Our email marketing provider receives your name and email address for coaching follow-up. Asking about coaching does not add you to a general mailing list.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember your choices, understand site usage, and support our marketing.

• Strictly Necessary: Features needed for accounts, payments, security, and remembering your cookie choices remain enabled.
• Analytics: This optional category allows analytics tools to help us understand how visitors use the site and where we can improve it. It is off unless you allow it.
• Advertising & Measurement: With your permission, we share website and purchase activity, limited identifiers such as your name and email address, and browser information with advertising partners to measure and improve our marketing.

When available, we also save advertising identifiers that help connect a visit or purchase to an ad. We save these on our own system regardless of your optional cookie choice. Sharing them with advertising partners requires your permission.

You can change or withdraw optional permission through Cookie Settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops further optional analytics and advertising activity by Scott Drake Coaching; it does not recall information already shared. We keep a record of your cookie choices, including previous choices.

Keeping and protecting your information

We use safeguards to protect your account and information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Please do not include passwords or payment card details in support messages.

We retain information based on what it is used for, including providing access to purchased lessons, responding to support requests, preventing spam and abuse, maintaining purchase records, and meeting legal obligations. You can contact us to request account or data removal. Some records may need to be retained after your account closes.

Your choices

• Profile and email preferences: View and update these in your account settings.
• Cookies: Use Cookie Settings in the footer to manage optional categories.
• Information requests: Contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction, or account and data removal. We will explain what we can do and any information we need to retain.
