Using Scott Drake Coaching

These terms govern your use of Scott Drake Coaching, provided by Scott Drake. Scott Drake Coaching offers self-paced leadership training for new and first-time managers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use Scott Drake Coaching.

Purchases and refunds

Scott Drake Coaching training is a one-time purchase at the price shown before checkout, plus any applicable tax. Your purchase provides access to the training included in that offer.

If Scott Drake Coaching isn't for you, contact us within seven days of purchase and we'll refund what you paid. This guarantee does not limit any additional cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law. A refund ends your access to the lessons. Anything you already downloaded is yours to keep for personal use.

Accounts and access

Your account is for one person. Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share your login or resell access.

Using the training and materials

Scott Drake Coaching training content is copyrighted by Scott Drake or its licensors. You may view the training and use its downloadable materials for your own learning and management practice. You may print the materials or share digital copies with your team for use in your work as a manager. Apart from this permitted use, you may not copy or distribute the training or materials, publish them publicly, sell them, or resell access to Scott Drake Coaching.

The training is educational. You remain responsible for how you apply it in your workplace and for your decisions; it does not guarantee a particular career or business outcome.

Prohibited uses

• Sharing credentials or bypassing access restrictions.
• Scraping or extracting content, or attempting to replicate or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Disrupting the service, compromising security, or using it for unlawful or harmful activities.

Ongoing access and availability

Your purchase includes ongoing access to the training. If we shut down Scott Drake Coaching, we will make the videos and materials available through a public channel and email links to past purchasers.

We work to provide reliable access, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. The service is provided as available; to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses caused by outages.

Your information

We use information to operate accounts, deliver training, handle purchases, and respond to support requests. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and your choices.

Ending access

You may stop using Scott Drake Coaching at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Refunded purchases no longer provide training access.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. If you have a concern about Scott Drake Coaching, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and revision date will be posted here. Continued use following changes indicates acceptance, subject to applicable law.
